Factoring costs takes place under two headings. These are financing cost and factoring commission.

FINANCING COST

It's a fee rate applies to the fund available for the elapsed time from pre-paid time to collection, and determined in according to the market conditions. Financing cost is calculated over the used amount, day and factoring fee rate, and billed to the customer.

FACTORING COMMISSION

Factoring company takes a commission over the receivables that assigned by the seller in exchange for credibility survey, undertaken risk and services it performed.

Invoice is prepared taken into account all calculated cost and commission. Such invoices can be submitted as an expense and the amount can be deducted from the tax by all companies.
